Was married in accordance with Muslim files and……. On and Rs10,000/. Was fixed as prompt dowel which was paid of the time of nikah. The Nikah nama was registered in with the union council No 14 Lahore.

2.That your attitude with me has become unbearable and intolerable and your refusal to perform conjugal rights contained me to serve you with this notice.

3.That I have no option but to divorce you. therefore I ***** s/o ***** do hereby Divorce you in presence of the witnesses narrated below.

الجواب :بسم اللہ حامداًومصلیاً

اس سے ایک طلاق رجعی ہوئی۔ عدت کے اندر اندر شوہر رجوع کرسکتاہے ۔ عدت ختم ہونے تک رجوع نہ کیاہو تو اس کے بعد باہمی رضامندی سے دوبارہ نکاح کرسکتےہیں۔ فقط واللہ تعالیٰ اعلم
